Soaps n Scrubs Returns Policy

Returns Period
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery.

Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm whether your return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we may be unable to provide a refund.
