Most traditional shampoo bars on the market are actually just regular soap bars formulated for hair. Because traditional soap has a high, alkaline pH, it opens up your hair cuticles, leading to tangles, frizz, and that dreaded "waxy buildup" (especially if you have hard water).

Our new bars are completely soap-free. Instead, we use a high-quality syndet base (short for synthetic detergent, though ours is derived from natural ingredients!).

Wet: Thoroughly wet your hair and the shampoo bar.

Rinse: Rinse thoroughly and dry/style hair as usual.
