What Exactly is a "Syndet" Bar?

The word "Syndet" is short for synthetic detergent. While that might sound ultra-scientific, it’s actually the best news your scalp has heard all year.

A syndet bar uses mild, plant-derived cleansing agents instead of traditional soap chemistry. Because we manufacture them without the soap-making process, we can perfectly match the pH to your scalp.

How to Use a Syndet Shampoo Bar

If you've never used a solid shampoo before, the transition is incredibly easy because syndet bars gently lather without the heaviness

1.Wet your hair:

Thoroughly soak your hair in the shower, just like you normally would.

2.Lather up:

You can either rub the bar directly onto your roots, or rub the bar between your wet hands to build up a gentle lather.

3.Massage the scalp:

Massage the gentle lather into your scalp. Don't worry about scrubbing the ends of your hair—the suds will clean them gently as you rinse.

4.Rinse and store:

Rinse thoroughly. To make your bar last as long as possible, store it on a draining soap dish so it can dry out completely between uses!
